Your first appointment includes a private health and suitability assessment, a discussion of your goals, and clear advice about the options that may be clinically appropriate for you.

No GP referral is required. If the programme is suitable, your prescriber explains the plan, monitoring and ongoing reviews before you decide whether to continue. Results vary, and treatment is only recommended after an individual clinical assessment.
